Chocolate Chunk Biscuits With Milk


30 Biscuits
• 200 g soft butter
• 100 g brown sugar
• 50 ml honey
• 2 eggs
• 5 ml salt
• 250 g cake flour
• 350 g raisins
• 240 g oats
• 100 g dark chocolate with 85% cacao, roughly chopped


Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Cream butter, sugar and honey with an electric beater until light. Add eggs one  by one and mix well. Fold the rest of the ingredients in separately and mix well. Divide the batter into 30 balls  and place on greased baking sheets. Press flat with the palm of your hand to a thickness of 1 cm. Bake for  20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Allow to cool and enjoy with a glass of ice cold milk.
