Quick Pizzas


4 portions

• 4 pita breads
• 300 g mozzarella cheese, sliced
• 250 g small rosa tomatoes, halved
• 2 wheels feta cheese, broken into pieces
• handful fresh basil, roughly torn
• olive oil
• freshly ground black pepper to taste


Heat the oven to 240ºC. Place the pita breads on a baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove and  place mozzarella cheese on top of each one. Arrange the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with feta cheese and  basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
