♦ Heat 1tbsp sunfl ower oil in a large, nonstick frying pan and cook 4 pork sausages until lightly browned.
♦ Add 4 rashers back bacon and 8 halved mushrooms and continue cooking until the bacon is almost cooked.
♦ Add 2 halved tomatoes and cook until they start to soften on the outside.
♦ Move everything to the edge of the pan and break in 2 eggs. Cook for 2-5 minutes until the white is set and the yolks cooked to your liking.
