Kairi Oats Crumble


Serves 4
butter 1 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
raw mangoes 2, peeled, deseeded and cut in cubes

THE CRUMBLE MIX
flour 6 tbsp
oats 3 tbsp
butter 3 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp
almonds 2 tbsp, ground + 3 tbsp,
fl aked and toasted
cinnamon powder a pinch


For the crumble mix, combine all the ingredients together until coarse. Heat the butter in a pan, add sugar  and cook till it caramelises. Add the raw mango pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Divide the raw  mango mixture into four ovenproof dishes. Top each with the crumble mix.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 4-5 minutes until the crumble mix turns brown. Serve hot topped  with vanilla ice cream.
