2 oz dry vermouth
½ oz crème de cassis
club soda
lemon or lime wedge
Pompier Highball
Preparation
Place vermouth and crème de cassis in a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice, and top with club soda. Add a lemon or lime wedge and serve.
