- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 sachet sugar substitute
- Fresh mango, shaped into balls
- 12 fresh or 2 tablespoons dried blueberries
- 8 strawberries, dehulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
- In a bowl, stir together the low fat cottage cheese and sugar substitute. Divide cottage cheese among 4 serving cups or martini glasses.
- Top each portion with mango balls, blueberries and strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap. Top with toasted almonds and serve immediately
