Balsamic Bread Cheese Kabobs


Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
½ cup balsamic vinegar
4 slices French bread, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes
6 ounces Wisconsin Juustoleipa (Bread Cheese), cubed
Basil leaves, chiffonade (shredded), for garnish

Balsamic Bread Cheese Kabobs

Directions:
Reduce balsamic vinegar: add vinegar to small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil and simmer until thick and reduced, about 4-5 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread bread, cherry tomatoes, and Juustoleipa alternately onto skewers, beginning and ending with bread.

Place skewers on preheated grill and cook until cheese has softened and warmed through, about 3-4 minutes, turning at least once.

Serve immediately, drizzled with balsamic reduction and garnished with basil, if desired.
