• 16 chicken wings
• 15 ml olive oil
• 90 ml Worcestershire sauce
• juice of half lemon
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 100 g blue cheese
• 250 g crème fraîche
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Cut off the tips of the chicken wings. Place wings in an oven-proof dish with the olive oil. Pour over Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add garlic and season with salt and black pepper. Roast for 1hour. Process blue cheese and crème fraîche until it forms a smooth paste. Refrigerate until needed. Remove the chicken from the oven and serve with the blue cheese dip.
