Easy Food Recipes and Cooking - White Chocolate and Dried Cranberry Shards
• 200 g good quality white chocolate
• 50 g cashew nuts (unsalted)
• 50 g dried cranberries
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a glass bowl that will fit over a saucepan. Pour water into the saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and place the bowl on top of the saucepan, making sure it doesn’t touch the water. Stir every now and then until the chocolate has melted. Spread the chocolate on a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the nuts and cranberries on top. Allow to harden and break into pieces.
