Steak With Baby Marrow and Tomato Salad


4 portions

• 30 ml olive oil
• juice of half a lemon
• 350 g minute steaks
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 4 rosa tomatoes
• 6 baby marrows
• 60 ml olive oil
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 40 g watercress


Sprinkle the steaks with lemon juice and olive oil. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cut a cross through the skin of the tomatoes and place in boiling water. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Remove the skin and cut open. Remove the seeds and juice. Dice Use a vegetable peeler to slice the baby marrows into long strips. Mix the tomatoes and baby marrows in a bowl and add the olive oil and lemon juice. Season and mix well. Heat a griddle pan and fry the steaks to your liking. Dish the salad onto plates and place steaks on top. Scatter with watercress and serve.
