• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 10 slices ham
• 25 ml wholegrain mustard
• 250 g grated cheddar cheese
• 1 egg, whisked
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place one sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the ham on top. Keep a space of about 2 cm open on the sides of the pastry. Spread the wholegrain mustard on top of the ham and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and press the edges together. Brush with the whisked egg and bake until the pastry is golden brown. Slice into large squares and serve hot.
