Fried Pizza bites with vegetables

Pizza dough

Cherry tomatoes
Cherry mozzarella
Anchovy fillets
Smoked cacciota cheese
Gorgonzola cheese

Roll out the pizza dough and cut out some discs.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Insert a cherry mozzarella inside and an anchovy fillet, close with the other tomato half. Place tomato in one disc, wrap it with the dough and form a small ball. Repeat until you have finish all the ingredients. Fry the pizza bites in vegetable oil until golden brown. Drain off the oil putting them on kitchen paper. Serve hot.
