Ingredients
Pizza dough (see recipe above)
Fillings
Prickly lettuce, anchovy fillets, black olives
Mange-tout, cherry tomatoes, black olives
Puntarelle*, Saltwort, Mozzarella Anchovies
Frying oil
Method
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. With a round cutter cut out a few discs or squares. Sauté vegetables in different frying pans with a drizzle of olive oil.
Spoon the different feelings on the discs, add the mozzarella cheese and the other ingredients. Seal the discs and form a bonbon. Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
