Easy Food Recipes and Cooking - Garlicky prawns with sherry
Serves 6
olive oil 3 tbsp
garlic cloves 2, thinly sliced
prawns 400g large, uncooked
salt and pepper to season
dry sherry 2 tbsp
flat-leaf parsley a handful, chopped
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Tip in the garlic and cook for a few seconds. Then stir through the prawns and cook for a couple of minutes until they start to turn pink. Season well.
Pour over the sherry and cook for a few minutes more, just until the prawns are cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
